A: Renting a self-storage unit is easy. First, you contact Pack Rat Storage, 920-722-4800, to check availability. Next, you fill out a rental contract via email or in person at our off-site office. Lastly, Pack Rat Storage will assign you a self-storage unit and passcode to enter the secure storage facility.
A: Keep the money in your pocket. Pack Rat Storage does not charge an application fee, administrative fees, or move-in fee.
A: The rental agreement is a month-to-month contract that automatically renews each month. When you no longer need the storage space, simply provide a 30-day notice before the end of the current month. Your lease will expire at the end of the following month.
